How do I navigate through the store?

How do I make a purchase?
Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will then enter the shopping cart area to view your list of items for purchase. If you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted for shipping & payment information. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of personal and financial information.

Where can I find shipping costs?
We ship to all parts of the world and shipping rates for each item and each country varies. To find the shipping cost to your country for the item you need, simply add the product to the cart and enter your shipping address in the checkout page. Your shipping cost will be automatically displayed below the product cost in the checkout page.
Are online transactions secure?
Berries assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and shipping information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped.
What are your shipping times and shipping methods?
Since we ship internationally to all countries, most of our products are stored in our warehouses at international shipping friendly countries such as Korea and China. We use United States Postal Service for shipments to United States and it takes between 2 - 4 weeks for delivery to US during normal days and 2 to 6 weeks during holiday season in November & December since the shipping carriers slow down due to higher air traffic during holidays. To all other countries in the world, it takes between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
What is your refund policy?
At Berries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please write to us with the full details of the purchase and the issue, and the verification team will send you a return address where you can send the item back. Please make sure that you mention the reason why its being returned in your email and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is complete, we will refund your full payment immediately back to your original form of payment.
